Lago Guayo sees pretty high levels of precipitation; May is when you get the most rain here while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. At Lago Guayo during the summertime highs are in the 90's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 80's while the cold winter nights at Lago Guayo are in the 60's. Near Lago Guayo you locate       the Cobanas Trail which is a tremendous hiking trail, and Lago Adjuntas is a glorious lake close by. Lago Guayo beyond doubt is in the middle of a charming outdoors paradise. There's whitewater on Areciebo River for all you adrenaline people, and there are some tremendous whitewater spots on Guabo River. Lots of folks from Adjuntas come to Lago Guayo, and there is a nice hiking trail close by called the Vereda Helechal. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather                  is pretty, you get a fine panorama of Cerro Avispa from Lago Guayo, and why not a little side visit to Rio Cidra.
