Dry warm beds await you at Country Inn & Suites By Carlson York, and a round of golf at nearby Regents' Glen Country Club Golf is a magnificent way to kill some time. This lake is so wonderful. The skiing at Ski Roundtop is glorious, and York Reservoir is a nice spot to       visit for more than one day, Indian Rock Campgrounds is a nice spot to camp nearby. But wait, there's more to do close to York Reservoir. Not far from York Reservoir you obtain some glorious water scenery at Williams Dam, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Lake Williams. At York Reservoir you always meet someone from York-Hanover, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Camp Echo Trail. This lake is so                  wonderful. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Susquehanna River, and Holiday Inn Express York is a good location to get some rest. All through the long summer days here at York Reservoir, high temperatures commonly get into the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 60's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at York Reservoir temperatures drop to the 20's. If you come at the right time of year, Codorus Creek offers some nice whitewater. Lakes? Sure, Lake Redman is in the vicinity.
