If you are in this part of Pennsylvania make sure to pay a visit to YMCA Dam. This lake is so wonderful. Near YMCA Dam you discover the Choke Creek Trail which is a wonderful hiking trail, and playing golf is lots of fun at Pine Hills Country Club. There is a good hiking trail in the vicinity of YMCA Dam called the Refuge Trail, and do take a look at YMCA Dam since you're here. Dry warm beds await you at Hilton Scranton & Conference Center, and you can hit the slopes at Jack Frost close by. For the duration of the long summer days highs here at YMCA Dam get into the 70's while night lows are regularly in the 50's. Highland Camp Ground is a fine site to do that, and there are plenty of people from Scranton—Wilkes-Barre here. Nay Aug Falls is a good local attraction, and a quick visit to Meadow Brook is unquestionably a wonderful idea. This
lake is so wonderful. You can run the rapids of Lackawanna River close to YMCA Dam, and a good spot to take a look at is Nay Aug Park Gorge. YMCA Dam gets a great deal of water; June is the month that gets the most rain while February
is the month with the least amount of precipitation. There's whitewater on Spring Brook for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and Montage Mountain has pleasant slopes and a friendly staff.
