It's always fun to stop by Wilsons Swamp Pond. You don’t have to go far from Wilsons Swamp Pond to see the water at Number Three Dam, and Alpine Mountain is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Wilsons Swamp Pond; Burley Inlet Trail is a good local trail; a trip to Little Falls will fill your spirit with nice feelings. Through the summertime here at Wilsons Swamp Pond, high temperatures generally reach the 70's;

hike along the Snow Shanty Trail. Looking for some flowing water? Try Kintz Creek, and if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wallenpaupack Creek. Now, you may imagine that's heaps but
there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Wilsons Swamp Pond. Ledgedale Recreation Area is a great campground nearby; Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch is a great whitewater spot close by.
This lake is so wonderful. A
journey to Delaware National Scenic River is worthwhile, and you can stay the night at Secluded Acres Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. Wilsons Swamp Pond is not far at all from
East Stroudsburg, and Wilsons Swamp Pond lays in the shadow of the Pocono Mountains.
Wilsons Swamp Pond frequently gets a large amount of precipitation; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest month is February.
