What a nice lake Willis Lake is. If you need a spot to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites GIBSON is a splendid choice, and a glorious place to check out nearby is Chipmunk Hollow. Scranton Pa Days Inn is a fine spot to get some rest, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Lackawanna River. This lake is so wonderful. Willis Lake sees pretty high levels of rain; most of the rain falls through June while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. A great place to camp here at Willis Lake is Camp Tioga, and a beautiful lake like Romobe Lake is a magnificent location to take a look at.
