After a long day outdoors Best Western Lock Haven is a great spot to spend a night or two, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Erron Trail. Any time is a great time at Warren H Ohl Reservoir if you like the outdoors. A lake close by is Keller Reservoir, and a glorious place to camp here at Warren H Ohl Reservoir is Holiday Pines Campground. This lake is so wonderful. Ohl Dam is wonderful.
Don't leave Warren H Ohl Reservoir without first paying a visit to Sulphur Spring, and Warren H Ohl Reservoir is right by the Smeltz Pond Trail. If you get bored of Warren H Ohl Reservoir, you could also
pop by nearby McElhattan Reservoir, and you can run the rapids of Elk Creek. All through the warm days of summer highs here at Warren H Ohl Reservoir reach the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. All through
the winter the highs are generally in the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Warren H Ohl Reservoir.
Take a side trip to Jamison Run; hiking along the Nittany Mountain Trail is glorious fun. The amount of rain that falls at

We are seasonal campers at Susquehanna and love it. Although there is not a whole lot to do in the campground itself, there are many attractions close by. It is a good place to bring the kids and not have to worry about them. The Susquhanna river provides swimming, boating and tubing. There is a rec. hall in which we have many parties and pot luck suppers. There are many friendly people always willing to lend a hand if needed. I would recomend this site to anyone.A few pictures have been posted to show the river and some of the parties....

Penns Creek Campground is located along Penns Creek at the base of Jacks Mountain in the beautiful Buffalo Valley of Union County Pennsylvania. The campground was a former water powered sawmill. The saw mill washed away in a flood but the mill race and dam that powered the water wheel are still in use today. The campground is situated between the mill race and the main creek.
We have sites to fit your every need from primative tent sites to full hook up drive thru sites. We are open from Mid April to Mid October and offer hot showers, dump station, picnic pavilion, horse shoes, basketball, large playground and campground wide activities on most weekends.
Holidays almost always require reservations and some sites are booked years in advance.
Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all time and must be quiet.
Storage for Trailers, RVs available.
Check at the office or pavilion for a list of campwide activities.
No ATVs permitted.
