     In the event that you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lackawanna River, and it's a glorious idea to visit Blue Mill Stream. Just can't get enough of Wallerville Pond. Lake Charlotte Dam has glorious water scenery and it's close to Wallerville Pond, and perfect skiing awaits you at Ski Big Bear. This lake is so wonderful. Twin Falls Campground is a good campground nearby, and Middle Creek - Lackawaxen Tributary has a great whitewater  
   paddling spot close by. A lot of rain falls at Wallerville Pond; the month with most of the rain is August while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Lakes are splendid; Nabbys Lake is a lake that's right next door to Wallerville Pond, and you can never get enough of the wonderful skiing at Mount Tone. Summertime at Wallerville Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 50's. The cold days
 
               of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Wallerville Pond plunge into the 10's. If you came for an overnight stay Camp Lohikan is a perfect location to camp, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop at nearby Lake Charlotte.
