There are other sites here than       Ungers Lake, for example Florence Lake. That right there is loads already, but it carries on; Ungers Lake has it all. If you need a place to stay Caesars Cove Haven is a great choice, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Tanglwood since you're here. Ungers Lake commonly gets a great deal of rain; the wettest month of the year is commonly June, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.                  Get yourself into a kayak and hit Middle Creek - Lackawaxen Tributary; Tanglewood (Vri) is a good site to get some rest. Stay the night at Caffrey Recreation Area; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Red Shale Brook. Very charming scenery and perfect skiing is what you get at Ski Big Bear, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Ungers Lake; White Deer Trail is a fine local trail.
