This lake is so wonderful. You could also explore Ellsworth Reservoir since you're here at Twin Lakes; it's close by, and the nice folks of Pittsburgh like to hang out close by. The skiing at Boyce Park is magnificent, and paddling on Jacobs Creek is so much fun. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Chippewa Golf Course, and after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express BENTLEYVILLE is a tremendous       place to spend a night or two. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Twin Lakes has to offer, you can camp at Pine Cove Beach Club and RV Resort, and Twin Lakes is not the only place close by, Pond F is a close by lake. If only every place had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great world it would be. Sewickley Creek has a good whitewater paddling spot close by, and Twin Lakes is a fine location to visit for more than one day, Campground                  70 is a fine location to camp nearby. A pleasant close by hotel is Best Western Garden Inn. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Twin Lakes; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Twin Lakes.
