You don’t have to go far from Twelvemile Pond to see the water at Twelve Mile Pond Dam, and good skiing awaits you at Shawnee Mountain. Saw Creek Pond is a good lake in the neighborhood of Twelvemile Pond; there's whitewater on Brodhead Creek for all       you thrill seekers. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff at Twelvemile Pond. If you need a location to stay Caesars Pocono Palace is a tremendous choice, and a trip to Delaware National Scenic River is worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Bald Barren Trail is nice fun, and there's a forest here called First Forest Tree Planting. An average amount of precipitation falls at Twelvemile Pond; most of the rain falls                  through May, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Through the summertime, highs usually are in the 70's at Twelvemile Pond while overnight lows are usually in the 50's.
