Casselman River
 | definitely a beautiful area! great for those just entering the sport OR for some time to chill. similar in difficulty to middle yough but no duldrums, well, there are just less noticeable because of the beauty and not quite as dull (or long)....markleton to fort hill is an absolutely beautiful section of river. i highly recommend it but i may be biased since i own some property on the river. very remote except near the bridges where you'll find a few houses. other than that, you have the railroad and the recently opened bike trail. a curse and a blessing. ... |

Cranberry Glade Lake
 | We spent the whole day fishing CGL on 7/27/08, this was my first visit. The lake is only an average of 4 FEET DEEP! We did find an occasional 5 foot spot, but he weeds are right up to the surface making trolling very difficult. We fished the entire lake and used a fish finder thruout, we marked very little fish. We caught 2 largemouth, both around 9 inches. One on a white Houdini worm, one on a top water frog.... |

Hideaway Campground
 | 13 miles away This is the best campground I've ever been to. The owner is great and everyone is very friendly. There are camper areas, a huge field for tents, and also wilderness tent areas that are nestled into the woods. Each of the wooded tent areas is adjacent to a nice sized creek and contains a picnic table and fire pit. It has a pond for fishing and firewood available for purchase. If you're a camper, this is the place to be! ... |

However, the lot was full of vehicles for the 20 -25 tents in the group area. We parked along the road about 30 feet from our site. ... |
