This lake is so wonderful. On a glorious day at Tailing Pond you can take a hike along the Blue Blazed Trail. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Tailing Pond has to offer, you can camp at Outdoor World. Any time is a nice time at Tailing Pond if you fancy the outdoors. The snow is delightful at Blue Marsh. You're sure to run into some great folks from Lebanon here; Rodeway Inn Penn's Woods is a glorious       place to get some rest. If you're a golfer then a fine close by course is Fairview Golf Course, and Furnace Hills is a peak you can make out from Tailing Pond. The Foxs Path is a great hiking trail close to Tailing Pond; Cornwall Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could go to. Tailing Pond gets much water; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most; February is the month with the least moisture. For the duration                  of the months of summer, highs mostly are in the 80's at Tailing Pond, and the nighttime is fairly chillier of course, commonly in the 60's. For the period of the wintertime highs are commonly in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Tailing Pond. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Tailing Pond you can take a hike along the Old Indian Trail. There's so much to do here at Tailing Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Pinch Pond Family Campground is a fine place for that. Cornwall Tailings Dam is not far at all from Tailing Pond, and in case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Fishing Creek - Susquehanna Tributary. This place is peerless, just check out all the enjoyable things to do close to Tailing Pond.
