Swiftwater Lake is a lake worth visiting. There's so much to do here at Swiftwater Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lindenmere Sports & Arts center is a great place for that, and don't leave Swiftwater Lake without first going for a hike along the Indian Trail. Swiftwater Lake sees pretty high levels of precipitation; during May this area sees the most rain while February is usually the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than

| | a day to discover everything Swiftwater Lake has to offer, you can camp at Maple Rock Campsite, and there's great hiking along the Camelback Trail.
Now, you may assume that's a heap but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Swiftwater Lake. Hit the slopes at Alpine Mountain in close proximity, and a lovely lake like Lake Crawford is a tremendous location to stop by. yourself into a kayak and hit Pocono Creek. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Mount Airy Lodge.
Through the warmest time of the year, highs frequently are in the 70's at Swiftwater Lake. When the
night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Swiftwater Lake during the winter ordinarily drop into the 10's. Lake Swiftwater Dam is not far at
all from Swiftwater Lake, and you'll find a gorgeous lake called Freeland Pond. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. Golf can be played at Evergreen Golf Club, and a short spree to Paradise Falls is always worthwhile.
A delightful nearby hotel is Caesars Paradise Stream; the Lakeside Trail offers hiking at its best. Get covered with water paddling on Paradise Creek, and it's a tremendous idea to stop at Cranberry Creek. This lake is so wonderful.
Redrock Glen is a magnificent location to spend some time at; Great Wolf Lodge - Poconos PA is a good place to get some rest.
