Indian Mountain Lake is a lake close at hand; while you're here, you could check out Poplar Creek. While you're here at Sun Valley Lake you can take a hike along the Boulder Field Trail; if you need a spot to stay Best Western Inn At Blakeslee Pocono is a brilliant choice. The skiing at Camelback is perfect, and Big Boulder is a splendid local ski area. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Tunkhannock Creek offers some good whitewater, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Indian Trail. This lake is so wonderful. You're probably addicted to lakes, Seneca Lake is one of those close by, and Poplar Gap is also a tremendous place to discover. I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a pleasant time here at Sun Valley Lake. A visit to Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor is worthwhile; hiking along the Camelback Trail is nice fun.
