This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Woodland Campsites, and you can go for a hike on the Wolf Rocks Trail. The warmest time of the year at Stoughton Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's, and all through the night it cools down to the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 30's,                  and all through the dark hours in the winter at Stoughton Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Very gorgeous scenery and delightful skiing is what you get at The Springs at Laurel Mountain, and Quemahoning Creek is a pleasant whitewater spot close by. Going for a hike on the East End Trail is always a good adventure, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Hidden Valley if you're here.
