There's so much to do here at Stony Creek Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Wray's Riverfront Campground is a brilliant place for that, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Darlington Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Victoria Trail; Fishing Creek is close to Stony Creek Reservoir and is always a joy to explore. This lake is so wonderful.       If you came to camp Riverfront Campground is a magnificent spot to do that, and get your heart pumping on the great whitewater of Beaver Creek. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable stuff in close proximity to Stony Creek Reservoir. A perfect nearby hotel is Super 8 Motel - Harrisburg North, and an afternoon playing golf at Meadowink Golf Course is always a diversion. An average amount of precipitation falls at Stony Creek Reservoir; May is the month that gets                  the most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Gotta ski! Ski Roundtop is a pleasant place to do that; after a long day outdoors Harrisburg-Days Inn North is a perfect location to spend a night or two.
