Stahineckers Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Stahineckers Pond is a good location of typical precipitation; the month with most of the rain is June, and the driest month of the year is January. We are seasonal campers at Susquehanna and love it. Although there is not a whole lot to do in the campground itself, there are many attractions close by. It is a good place to bring the kids and not have to worry about them. The Susquhanna river provides swimming, boating and tubing. There is a rec. hall in which we have many parties and pot luck suppers. There are many friendly people always willing to lend a hand if needed. I would recomend this site to anyone.A few pictures have been posted to show the river and some of the parties....
