Near Spruce Run Reservoir you find the Kettle Hole Trail which is a good hiking trail; Spruce Run Reservoir is good enough to spend more than a day at, Willow Lake Campground is a good local campground. Going for a hike on the Grosses Gap Trail is always a glorious adventure. From a rainfall point of view Spruce Run Reservoir is a pretty typical place; through June this area sees the most rain while January is the       month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. At Spruce Run Reservoir you always meet someone from Lewisburg, and get wet paddling on White Deer Creek. The top of Catharines Crown is easily distinguished from Spruce Run Reservoir; Spruce Reservoir Dam has tremendous water scenery. Having a tremendous time at Spruce Run Reservoir is easy. The Lyman Gap Trail is a fine hiking trail near Spruce Run Reservoir, and Lewisburg - Days Inn                  is a brilliant site to get some rest. If you need a location to stay Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Lewisburg, Pa is a pleasant choice. There's so much to do here at Spruce Run Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Nittany Mountain Campground is a wonderful place for that. At Spruce Run Reservoir throughout the summertime highs are in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's.
