While staying at South Pond you could always discover Sugar Notch; at South Pond Dam near South Pond there are some attention-grabbing things to see. Throughout the months of summer, highs typically are in the 80's at South Pond, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while South Pond overnight low temperatures through the wintertime are in the 10's.
