A day on the slopes of Tussey Mountain       is just what you need, and pleasant hiking is available along the Rock Hollow Trail. Go for a hike on the Wolf Run Trail. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Snow Shoe Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Hemlock Acres Campground. Snow Shoe Reservoir commonly gets a great deal of precipitation; most of the rain falls during June; January on the other hand is the driest.
