If time allows, Delaware National Scenic River is a national park worth checking out; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to close by Mountain Lake. Yep, outdoors enjoyable stuff to do are truly abundant here at Skytop Lodge. Skytop Lower Lake Dam has nice water scenery and it's near Skytop Lodge, and nearby       you come across the Burley Inlet Trail which is a great hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Shadowbrook Resort is a wonderful site to spend a night or two; there are good spots to discover along the Boundary Trail. Through the warmest time of the year at Skytop Lodge temperatures are regularly in the 70's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's while                  Skytop Lodge nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. Buck Hill Falls CO Golf Club is a golf course next to Skytop Lodge, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Alpine Mountain if you're here. Indian Ladder Falls is always fun to check out. Skytop Lodge gets a great deal of water; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Skiing at Mount Airy Lodge is one of those things you just should do, and get dripping wet paddling on Wallenpaupack Creek. So many enjoyable things near Skytop Lodge, simply phenomenal. Paddling on Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch is so much fun, and West Mountain can be distinguished from Skytop Lodge. A delightful close by hotel is Skytop Lodge, and not far from Skytop Lodge you'll come across Skytop Lower Lake which is a delightful lake. This lake is so wonderful.
