In case you don’t have a problem getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Beaver Creek, and pleasant hiking is available along the Darlington Trail. Ski Roundtop is a pleasant local ski area. This lake is so wonderful. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Water Tank Trail, and Park Away Park is a fine campground       nearby. Not far from Silver Lake, you'll discover Pinchot Lake which is a stunning lake, and Silver Lake is a brilliant place to visit for more than one day, Cedar Lake Seasonal Camp Ground is a brilliant place to camp nearby. Silver Lake Dam is pretty and it's close to Silver Lake, and whitewater paddling is magnificent on Bermudian Creek. This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer then a splendid close by course is Valley Green Golf Course; hiking                  is a popular thing to do around Silver Lake; Victoria Trail is a delightful local trail. All through the warm days of summer at Silver Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's; through the dark hours in the wintertime at Silver Lake temperatures fall to the 10's.
