Seghis Lakes is always a pleasure to visit. Get your heart beating on the magnificent whitewater of Cheat River, and Brownfield Hollow is nearby, and is a great place. Here at Seghis Lakes you can see Goodwin Knob, and getting to Mountain Creek from Seghis Lakes is trouble-free. High temperatures at Seghis Lakes all through the summer months are in the 80's while night lows are ordinarily in the 50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's, and

This lake is so wonderful. A fine close by hotel is Burchinal's Mac Motel; there's whitewater on Clay Run for all you adrenaline people. has to offer, you can camp at Chestnut Ridge Regional Park and Campground, and there are plenty of people from Morgantown here. From a precipitation point of view Seghis Lakes is a quite typical place; July is the wettest month
with most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. There's so much to do here at Seghis Lakes that you need to camp here for a while, Sand Springs Camping Area Chestnut Ridge Regional Park is a tremendous location for that.
