So much amusing stuff to do at Lake Scott, so little time. There are other spots here than Lake Scott, for example Kleinhans Lake, and there's always Westbrook Estate Dam to stop by in the vicinity of Lake Scott. This spot is excellent, just look at all the exciting things to do close to Lake Scott. The Lodge at Woodloch is a good place to get some rest, and if you came to camp Camp Watonka is a glorious location       to do that. If you're going to Lake Scott from East Stroudsburg, you won't be the only one, and close by you locate the East Branch Bruce Lake Trail which is a delightful hiking trail. This lake is so wonderful. Swamps don’t sound that great but Company Swamp in close proximity to Lake Scott is relatively great, and going for a hike on the West Branch Bruce Lake Trail is always a nice adventure. Bruce Lake is a great lake close to Lake Scott; paddling on Shohola                  Creek is so much fun. This lake is so wonderful. The warmest time of the year at Lake Scott comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's with temperatures at Lake Scott dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights. Camping at Caffrey Campground is always a pleasant experience, and you can never get enough of the splendid skiing at Ski Big Bear. The top of Tarey Hill is easily spotted from Lake Scott, and skiing at Tanglwood is one of those things you just should do. Delaware National Scenic River is one of the destinations near Lake Scott that are good to go to, and you can go for a hike on the Blooming Grove Trail. Take a side tour to Fairview Outlet, and get soaked paddling on Lackawaxen River. Lake Scott is a wet place that gets much rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.
