Beautiful School Pond has much to offer visitors. This lake is so wonderful. Gotta ski! Spring Mountain is a tremendous spot to do that, and there's whitewater on Brandywine Creek for all you adrenaline junkies. School Pond is a relatively wet place regularly with lots of rain; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. All through the summertime at School Pond highs are ordinarily in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 60's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's while School Pond night low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Very delightful scenery and good skiing
is what you get at Bear Creek. A glorious nearby hotel is Desmond Hotel And Conference Center, and an attention-grabbing thing to check out near School Pond is Entrekin Dam. If you're going to School Pond from Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington, you won't be the only one; you can run the rapids of French Creek.
