Dry warm beds await you at Red Carpet Inn Wind Gap, and Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor is a very good site to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Saylors Lake is not far at all from East Stroudsburg, and the Camelback Trail is a good hiking trail nearby. Saylors Lake is a wet location that gets much precipitation;       the month with most of the rain is May, and the driest of the months is February. Lake Creek is close to Saylors Lake and is always a joy to visit; if you need a place to stay Flower Field Motel And Cottages is a magnificent choice. Mount Airy Lodge has nice slopes and a friendly staff, and whitewater paddling is tremendous on Pocono Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Lakeside Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and paddling on Martins                  Creek is so much fun. That right there is plenty already, but it carries on; Saylors Lake has it all. Silver Valley Campsites is a wonderful local campground. For the duration of the summer at Saylors Lake highs are generally in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. Through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Saylors Lake. Near Saylors Lake you locate the Indian Trail which is a glorious hiking trail, and you'll stumble on a scenic lake called Witmers Lake. And that's not all you can do here at Saylors Lake. Really brilliant skiing awaits you at Camelback, and Saylors Lake is a splendid location to visit for more than one day, The Camp At East Lake is a splendid location to camp nearby.   Red Carpet Inn Wind Gap, Wind Gap 4 miles away Centrally located off I-78, near Pocono attractions, Univ. of PA, ski areas and outlet shopping.
