At Russell Lake during the summertime months highs are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Russell Lake. This lake is so wonderful. What       would winter be without some skiing at Wisp; hiking along the Mile Trail is great fun. Russell Lake is a good site of typical precipitation; the wettest month of the year is usually July, that's the one that rains the most, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel Uniontown Pa, and the scenery at Lake George Dam is delightful. If you get bored of Russell Lake, you could also pop by close                  by Peters Lake, and glide down the rapids of Meadow Run in a kayak.
