If you came for an overnight stay Good's Campground is a wonderful location to camp; if the weather is splendid, you can go for a hike along the Irish Settlement Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike along the Old Bulldozer Road Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody       but if it's for you then we recommend Kitchen Creek, and why not stop by nearby Cold Run while you're here at Rouse Pond. So many exciting things to do here at Rouse Pond, too tremendous to be true. There are other spots here than Rouse Pond, for example Splashdam Pond, and there's whitewater on Loyalsock Creek for all you adrenaline people. The Pole Bridge Trail is a good hiking trail near Rouse Pond, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Mifflinville.                  Rouse Pond is a good location of typical precipitation; most of the rain falls during June while January is commonly the driest month. During the summertime here at Rouse Pond, high temperatures frequently get into the 80's, and the night is somewhat colder of course, mostly in the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Rouse Pond are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.
