Looking for some flowing water? Try Dilldown Creek, and the slopes of Split Rock are so inviting nobody can resist. Round Pond is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Fern Ridge Campground is a tremendous local campground,
and Best Western Inn At Blakeslee Pocono is a magnificent site to get some rest. Yep, outdoors fun things to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Round Pond. During your spree to Round Pond you'll meet some folks from East Stroudsburg
for sure; if you don't mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lehigh River.
You can take a little trip to Big Boulder Dam since you're here at Round Pond, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along
the Boulder Field Trail. Round Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is August while February is commonly the driest month. Tobyhanna Falls is an inspiring site to check out while here, and Tunkhannock Creek is a great whitewater spot nearby.
