Ramot Lakes gets a lot of water; the wettest month of the year is commonly July, that's the one that rains the most while February is commonly the driest month. You'll come across a pretty lake called Pine Tree Lake near Ramot Lakes, and Camelback is a very popular ski area around here. Ramot Lakes is great enough to spend more than a day at, Mt       Pncono Campground is a great local campground; if the weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Camelback Trail. You clearly ought to love Ramot Lakes. If you came to camp Mount Pocono Campground is a tremendous spot to do that, and on a perfect day you can take a hike along the Indian Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Head up to Mount Airy Lodge and strap some skis to your feet, also Youngs Pond Dam is worth stopping at while you're here. The                  Lakeside Trail is a perfect hiking trail in the vicinity of Ramot Lakes, and dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn & Suites. Get wet paddling on Lehigh River; since you're here you will meet lots of folks from close by East Stroudsburg. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such peaceful locations, why not explore Deer Pond in the vicinity of Ramot Lakes, and Comfort Inn & Suites is a good spot to get some rest. You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up.
