A splendid spot to camp here at Pond One is Cherry Run Camp; whitewater paddling is fine on Mahoning Creek. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff at Pond One. Nearby lakes? Sure, Pond Five is close to Pond One, and Cowanshannock Creek has a good whitewater paddling spot nearby. | |

Pond One is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Mcauley Campground is a brilliant local campground; after a long day outdoors Quality Inn Royle is a perfect place to spend a night or two. This is a fine region for folks
who like lakes. Pond Two is a lake close by; at Mahoning Creek Mines Dam One and Two close to Pond One there are some exciting things to see.
