Poe Lake is a nice lake to visit. Poe Lake is a good spot of typical precipitation; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest. Take a hike on the Little Poe Trail; paddling on Kishacoquillas Creek is so much fun. Going for a hike along the Loggers Path will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; Seven Mountains Campground is a great local campground.

| | is always worthwhile, and if you're interested in cool geologic characteristics try Price Kettle. Yeah, come here to Poe Lake for a great time. Here at Poe Lake you'll perhaps meet some people from Lewistown, and a good close by hotel is Best Western Nittany Inn Milroy. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is magnificent on Elk Creek, and close by you discover pleasant sites like Little Poe Valley.

enjoyable stuff. The slopes of Tussey Mountain are so inviting noone can resist. The view of beautiful High Mountain near Poe Lake is glorious, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Little Poe Creek. This lake is so wonderful.
Hiking along the Kerstetter Path is glorious fun, and Comfort Inn Lamar is a good site to get some rest.
High temperatures at Poe Lake all through the summertime are in the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the
60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Poe Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Hartman Center Camp Cnfrnc is a good location to camp; the scenery at Poe Dam is pretty.
