Pine Lake is a reasonably wet place ordinarily with a lot of precipitation; most of the rain falls through June; the driest month of the year is February. All through the summertime, highs commonly are in the 70's at Pine Lake while nighttime lows are typically in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 20's, and throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Pine Lake       temperatures plunge to the 0's. A good nearby hotel is Skytop Lodge; if you're here you can take a hike along the Burley Inlet Trail. If you like the outdoors, you'll go for Pine Lake. Hiking along the Boundary Trail is nice fun; obviously Bridge Creek flows through this vicinity. If you need a site to stay Caesars Cove Haven is a great choice, and there are some pleasant whitewater spots on Wallenpaupack Creek. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Wallenpaupack                  Creek - East Branch, and folks from East Stroudsburg love to come here. Going for a hike along the Snow Shanty Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and you can stay the night at Ledgedale Recreation Area. This lake is so wonderful. Hit the slopes at Ski Big Bear around here, and Tanglwood has pleasant slopes and a friendly staff. This lake is so wonderful. Moc-a-Tek Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by.
