Get your heart pumping on the magnificent whitewater of Kishacoquillas Creek; while you're here,       you could visit Britton Run. Best Western Nittany Inn Milroy is a tremendous place to get some rest; Bald Mountain is charming and can be seen from here. That right there is plenty already, but it goes on; Penn Spring Reservoir has it all. If the weather is brilliant here at Penn Spring Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Stavefield Trail. Throughout the summertime months highs here at Penn Spring Reservoir reach the 80's while overnight lows are                  commonly in the 60's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 30's while Penn Spring Reservoir overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. Going for a hike along the Wolf Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area; a good spot to camp here at Penn Spring Reservoir is Bob Kearns Campgrounds. This lake is so wonderful. Have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Smith Trail, and why not head up to Tussey Mountain and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Quality Inn & Suites is a great location to spend a night or two, and Faust Flat is a glorious site here at Penn Spring Reservoir. Penn Spring Reservoir gets a common amount of yearly precipitation; June is when you get the most rain here while January is mostly the driest month.
