If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Paper Mill Pond. Lots of people from East Stroudsburg come to Paper Mill Pond, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Shawnee Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. Since you're here at Paper Mill Pond why not explore Cherry Valley, and Fox Hill is scenic and can be made out from here. During the long summer days highs here       at Paper Mill Pond reach the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Paper Mill Pond. Buttermilk Falls is a gorgeous place to pop by while you're at Paper Mill Pond, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Smith Trail. Be careful coming to Paper Mill Pond, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Have a glorious                  hiking adventure along the Camelback Trail, and getting to Brodhead Creek from Paper Mill Pond is trouble-free. Paper Mill Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; throughout May this area sees the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Paper Mill Pond has to offer, you can camp at Otter Lake Camp-resort, and enjoy a round of golf at Great Bear Golf and Country Club. You could also stop at Lenape Lake while you're here at Paper Mill Pond; it's nearby, and after a long day outdoors Shawnee Village Resort is a splendid site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful.
