Panther Lake Dam is worth going to while you're here, and Skytop Lodge is a pleasant location to get some rest. But wait, there's more to do near Panther Lake. Going for a hike on the Burley Inlet Trail is always a magnificent adventure; great skiing awaits you at Alpine Mountain. There are some great whitewater spots on Wallenpaupack Creek, and there is a pleasant hiking trail close       by called the Boundary Trail. Lakes are such calm places, why not take a look at Lake Russell near Panther Lake, and camping at Ledgedale Recreation Area is always a good experience. Panther Lake is a magnificent lake in the vicinity of Panther Lake; near Panther Lake you find a golf course called Buck Hill Falls CO Golf Club. This place, Panther Lake, it definitely has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. You're sure to come across some wonderful people from East                  Stroudsburg here, and Panther Lake is fine enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Pocono Ridge is a fine local campground. Panther Lake gets a great deal of water; June is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. For the duration of the days of summer at Panther Lake highs are regularly in the 80's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 60's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Panther Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water close by, Freeling Run is a stream you can go to while you're here, and the panorama of Carlton Hill is beautiful. You can never get enough of the great skiing at Mount Airy Lodge, and there's whitewater on Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch for all you adrenaline kick people. This lake is so wonderful.
