Panther Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Buck Hill Falls CO Golf Club is a golf course close to Panther Lake; there are some splendid whitewater spots on Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch. The peak of Carlton Hill can be observed from Panther Lake, and you don’t have to go far from Panther Lake to see the water at Panther Lake Dam. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Head up to Mount Airy Lodge and strap some skis to your feet, and Panther Lake is a place with many visitors from East Stroudsburg. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by nearby Lake Jamie, and there is a splendid hiking trail nearby called the Boundary Trail. Now, you may imagine that's plenty but | |

there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Panther Lake. There's so much to do here at Panther Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Ledgedale Recreation Area is a splendid place for that.
You'll need more than
a day to look at everything Panther Lake has to offer, you can camp at Camp Pocono Ridge, and nearby you discover the Burley Inlet Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail. The snow is brilliant at Alpine Mountain, and on a good
day you can take a hike along the Lakeside Trail. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Panther Lake. It's a tremendous idea to have a look at Freeling Run, it's in the vicinity of Panther Lake; dry warm beds
await you at Skytop Lodge.
Panther Lake mostly gets lots of precipitation; June is the month that gets the most rain while February is mostly the driest month. High temperatures at Panther Lake during the summertime are in the
80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. For the period of the wintertime highs are commonly in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Panther Lake.
