If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because The Pittsburgh Golf Club is in the neighborhood, and a lake close       by is Lampher Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to bump into some smiling people from Pittsburgh here, and Panther Hollow is another great place to have a look at close by. Panther Hollow Lake gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain; the driest month is January. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Panther Hollow Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if                  it's for you then we recommend Montour Run, and tremendous skiing awaits you at Boyce Park. This lake is so wonderful. Quality Inn University Center is a perfect place to get some rest, and Panther Hollow Lake is not the only location nearby, Carnegie Lake is a nearby lake. For the duration of the months of summer here at Panther Hollow Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
