There are good places to look at along the Rock Run Trail, and naturally Foster Branch flows through this area. Loyalsock Creek has a nice whitewater paddling spot nearby, and going for a hike on the Irish Settlement Trail is always a delightful adventure.                  From a precipitation point of view Pa-798 Reservoir is a reasonably normal place; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is the month with the least moisture.
