Catfish Creek flows through this area, and near Number One Reservoir you stumble on a golf course called Lone Pine Golf Club Pittsburgh.       Comfort Suites Washington is a delightful place to get some rest, and if you're dropping by from Pittsburgh, you won't be the only one. An average amount of precipitation falls at Number One Reservoir; most of the rain falls all through July; February is the month with the least moisture. Why not take a look at Dam Number Three if you're here, and you can stay the night at Whispering Pines Campground. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for                  you then we recommend Montour Run, and Pioneer Park Sommerset is a tremendous campground nearby. This lake is so wonderful. During the summertime here at Number One Reservoir, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Number One Reservoir.
