    If you are in Wyoming county it's always a good idea to stop by Negro Pond. You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Chamberlain Pond is a nearby lake that you could check out; camping at Endless Mountain Campground is always a good experience. If you get bored of Negro Pond, you could also check out close by Graves Pond. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Negro Pond you can take a hike along the Old Bulldozer Road Trail; camping is available  
   at Ballibay Camp.
Negro Pond gets a normal amount of rain; June is the month that gets the most rain, and January meanwhile is the driest month. At Negro Pond during the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. Highs through the winter are typically in the 30's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Negro Pond. Mehoopany Creek has a wonderful whitewater paddling spot nearby; dry warm beds await you at Comfort
 
               Inn Towanda.
