This lake is so wonderful. Any time is a great time at Negley Pond if you love the outdoors. While you're here at Negley Pond you can take a hike along the Maple Hollow Trail, and Negley Pond is a good spot to camp, Green Valley Campground is a good spot. Trout Run is a pretty stream that is worth visiting, and Dark Hollow is in the neighborhood, and is a tremendous site.

Of Truth is a perfect campground here, and Howard Johnson Inn, Carlisle, Pa is a great place to get some rest. All the water falling down from the sky makes Negley Pond a wet place; the month of June is the wettest with most of the
rain, and the driest month of the year is January. This lake is so wonderful. Ski Roundtop is a very popular ski area nearby, and if the weather is splendid, you can go for a hike along the Pine Plantation Trail.
