Throughout the long summer days at Mud Pond highs are ordinarily in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's; night lows at Mud Pond through the winter generally descend into the 10's. You'll come across a striking lake called Round Pond near Mud Pond; if you need a place to stay Days Inn       Scranton PA is a great choice. Mud Pond commonly gets a good deal of rain; June is when you get the most rain here, and February is the month with the least moisture. Why not take a look at nearby Bear Swamp Creek if you're here at Mud Pond, and if you're here, you could also explore striking Lake Idlewild. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Mud Pond. Gotta ski!
