Quaker woods Campground is a great local campground, and if you're popping by from Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton, you won't be the only one. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Moyer's Lake and Campground since you're here at Moyers Lake, and you're most likely into lakes, South Mountain Reservoir is one of those close by. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Unami Creek, and an afternoon       playing golf at Locust Valley Golf Club is always a delight. Moyers Lake usually gets much precipitation; the wettest month of the year is commonly May, that's the one that rains the most, and February is the month with the least moisture. At Moyers Lake during the summer highs are in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's.
