A visit to Mountain Pond is always a good idea. After a long day outdoors Econo Lodge Drums is a brilliant location to spend a night or two, and you can run the rapids of Harveys Creek. Oley Creek is a great place to visit, and Lake of the Four Seasons is a nice lake nearby. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites DRUMS-HAZELTON (I-80), and a striking lake like Lake Blytheburn is a tremendous place to stop at. There's whitewater on Wapwallopen

| | Creek for all you adrenaline rush seekers; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Jack Frost. This lake is so wonderful. 81-80 RV Park And Campground is a perfect local campground, and you can make out Little Nescopeck Mountain from Mountain Pond. For the duration of the summertime at Mountain Pond temperatures are commonly in the 70's, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter | |

are normally in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Mountain Pond. Man, is there plenty of exciting things to do near Mountain Pond. While you're here at Mountain Pond you will meet lots of people from close by Scranton—Wilkes-Barre;
swamps like Bear Swamp are fun to pop by. Mountain Pond is a good place of common rain; through the month of June you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is January. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Nesco Manor while you're here at Mountain Pond, and golf can be played at Blue Ridge Trail Golf Club.
