Mortons Lake gets a typical amount of annual precipitation; through the month of July you get the most rain around here; January on the other hand is the driest. Pine Cove Beach Club and RV Resort is a magnificent campground nearby. Golf can be played at Chippewa Golf Course, and Campground 70 is a brilliant local campground. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Mortons Lake. During the dark       hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 60's. Highs all through the winter are usually in the 30's, and night lows at Mortons Lake during the wintertime ordinarily sink into the 10's. You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up.
