Morris Run Reservoir is glorious enough to spend more than a day at, Tanglewood Camping is a glorious local campground, and a great view of wonderful Barneys Hill is available. This lake is so wonderful. Get drenched paddling on Tioga River; a gorgeous lake like The Lakes is a pleasant place to explore. Going for a hike on the Pig Hill Trail is always a great adventure, and unsurprisingly Fall Brook flows through this neighborhood. Do pop by Lake Nephawin

| | in close proximity to Morris Run Reservoir, it's a lovely lake. Go for a hike on the Bloss Mountain Trail, and Morris Run Reservoir is not far at all from Williamsport. For the period of the summer months here at Morris Run Reservoir, high temperatures usually get into the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. gets a typical amount of annual precipitation; through June this area sees the most rain while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. Glide down the rapids of Miners Run in a kayak,
and if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Mansfield is a fine choice. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool things the area right next door to Morris Run Reservoir has to offer. There are great spots to look at along
the Fisher Trail, and there's always Morris Run Mine Dam Number Three to check out near Morris Run Reservoir. A good site to camp here at Morris Run Reservoir is Bucktail Camping Resort; a tour to Morris Run Reservoir wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Fallbrook Falls.

Old Loggers Path
 | 11 miles away The loggers path is a beautiful trail that I have been on a few times. My father Dan Woodward grew up in Pleasent Stream. When I was in Scouting the troop I was in (Troop 36 of Balls Mills) would maintain the trail at the sharp top vista peak. After been on the trail, I've come across stories and legends of the loggers path and Maston which are scary. But I've never seen or heard anything not of the woods. I recommend it to anyone looking for ghosts or a nice water fall.... |
