Minks Pond is a lake worth visiting. Minks Pond gets a good deal of water; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is February. This is a great vicinity for folks who like lakes. Lake Minisink is a lake in the neighborhood, and there are perfect locations to look at along the Flat Ridge Trail. High temperatures at Minks Pond during the long summer days are in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime

So much amusing stuff to do here at Minks Pond, too perfect to be true. This lake is so wonderful. Minks Pond is a great spot to visit for more than one day, Ken's woods Campgrounds is a great spot to camp nearby, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Tanglwood. USA is a tremendous local campground. Get your heart beating on the magnificent whitewater of Bush Kill Creek, and swamps can be such exciting places, pop by Big Bear Swamp since you're here at Minks Pond. Delaware National Scenic
River is one of the destinations right next door to Minks Pond that are nice to go to, and you can hit the slopes at Shawnee Mountain in the neighborhood.
You can run the rapids of Hornbeck's Creek next to Minks Pond, and a brilliant
nearby hotel is Caesars Pocono Palace. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Bald Barren Trail is always a brilliant adventure, and if you need a place to stay Fernwood Hotel and Resort is a splendid choice.
