Shawnee Mountain is a very popular ski area nearby, and Minks Pond is right by the Maple Brook Trail. Minks Pond gets lots of       water; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This place, Minks Pond, it truly has so much outdoors amusing stuff. There are other places here than Minks Pond, for example Pocono Mountain Lake, and there's magnificent hiking along the Bald Barren Trail. This lake is so wonderful.
