Lake Minisink is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Bush Kill Creek, and don't miss out on a delightful swamp; Nebo Swamp is right here at Lake Minisink. Lake Minisink is great enough to spend more than a day at, Outdoor World Timothy Lake is a great local campground, and fine skiing awaits you at Shawnee Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Caesars Pocono Palace is a pleasant choice;

There is a fine hiking trail close to Lake Minisink called the Kinney Trail, and if you came to camp Ken's woods Campgrounds is a wonderful spot to do that. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Lake Minisink while nighttime lows are generally in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Lake Minisink are in the 10's. That right | |

there is lots already, but it keeps on going; Lake Minisink has it all. There are some fine whitewater spots on Hornbeck's Creek; there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at close by Tanglwood.
This lake is so wonderful. The
Flat Ridge Trail is a magnificent hiking trail next to Lake Minisink; dry warm beds await you at Fernwood Hotel and Resort. On a nice day at Lake Minisink you can take a hike along the Bald Barren Trail. Lake Minisink Dam has great
water scenery and it's near Lake Minisink; if you're visiting from East Stroudsburg, you won't be the only one.
A good deal of rain falls at Lake Minisink; most of the rain falls during May, and February is when it's the driest.
