Minehart Reservoir is great                  enough to spend more than a day at, Idle Acres Camping Area is a great local campground; going for a hike on the Longfellow Trail is always a fine adventure. What a site this is for outdoors people. Whitewater paddling is fine on Kishacoquillas Creek; let's not forget East Minehart Run which is a stream that you may encounter while you're here. While you're here at Minehart Reservoir, you could also have a look at wonderful Clearview Reservoir, and if you need a site to stay Super 8 Motel - Burnham/Lewistown Area is a brilliant choice. This lake is so wonderful.
