Do pop by Lily Pond in close proximity to Milford Reservoir, it's a wonderful lake, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the Bald Hill Trail. A quick tour to White Brook close to Milford Reservoir is a fine idea, and going to Delaware National Scenic River is just something you need to do if you haven't yet.
